Oh man, thanks for the hint, but you’re too late!!
If I had a dollar for every time I washed something left in a pocket beyond recognition, well let’s just say I wouldn’t need those rebate dollars to begin with---too funny

If you should happen to go shopping at your favorite drug store where the single-check rebate offers entice you into stocking up on pricey brands of diapers, wipes, toothbrushes, and deodorant ...
And if you should happen to wind up spending waaaaay more than you should have simply because it will all be worthwhile once you realize the unbelievable “savings” in rebate dollars ...
DO NOT leave the receipt in your pocket and then run it through the washer and dryer rendering the required purchase identification numbers completely illegible.

Danielle,
I’m not sure if your receipt was from Rite Aid, but here’s what their website suggested to do :
“If your receipt is torn, missing information or illegible, please return to the Rite Aid store where you made your purchase(s) to obtain a replacement receipt. In order to validate your purchases for the rebate(s), we need the correct store number, register number, transaction number and date from the receipt.”
Maybe this will work for any store, if you bring in the receipt. Good Luck
