I am thankful for so much. My family has been having a tough time in many ways...cancer treatments, children’s illnesses, financial worries, car troubles, etc. Last Monday, our only car broke down. By the kindness and generosity of others, we had rides to and from school, work and doctor appts. The car we drive is old...18 years. There has been times we all longed for a newer, nicer car. But yesterday when we finally had our old car back, I felt like the luckiest person in the world. Sometimes it takes losing what you have to appreciate all that you do have. And I thank God today for remembering all that we DO have!
It’s All Good!

I am a huge Ceili Rain fan - I fell in love with them last year when I saw them perform live in Anaheim. I love their Irish influenced tunes, their energy and their lyrics. In today’s song, lead singer Bob Halligan Jr. recognizes God’s goodness in the events of his life. If you have a chance, head over to the Ceili Rain website for more incredible music videos. This particular song always reminds me to pause and to see God’s handiwork with appreciative eyes - He does good in my life every day! In this month where we contemplate thankfulness, for what blessings are you thankful to God today in your life?

I first encountered Ceili Rain at WYD in Toronto - they are lots of fun to dance to! My college brought them in for a performance and we jigged in the aisles.
