The Painful Truth

She's onto me.

Gabby: I don’t like being the “bigger person.” It seems to me like the “bigger person” always loses.

Ha ha! That is exactly what kept happening to me as a child.. Whenever my sister and I fought over something, my mum would say ‘Now who’s going to be the one to give in and be like Jesus?’ The only reason it was me was my sister NEVER gave in first.
It never gave me any satisfaction to be like Jesus.. hope I’ve changed somewhat now grin

Speaking of which, I have a request.  Can you do an interactive post like your marriage one about “Just how many times do you have to ‘let it go’?” How many times do we have to turn the other cheek, not because of bullying, but because of petty things that happy—someone constantly interrupts you, noses in on your conversation, under minds you, etc.  I’d love to read your readers’ responses!

Danielle, as I’m sure you well know, she [Gabby] and her sibs have been “onto you” for a LONG TIME :+) I think it’s their job!
