My best friend --we go back to 6th grade-- got married October 25th.
I just got off the phone with her: the happy couple returned from their honeymoon in Barbados about 3:00 this morning.
Now they’re living at his place until the home they purchased together can be readied. Where do you s’pose they’re spending the afternoon?

We just bought a house in the country that’s been sorely neglected. My husband has been to one home improvement store or another nearly every day and a minimum of three times a week for the past two months!
I think he hates them now. But I’m sure he’ll be back because we won’t be done making this place livable for a while yet.
